UNTAMED MEN’S CLUB

THE MISSION

COME AS YOU ARE. LEAVE STRONGER.

UNTAMED Men’s Club exists to bring men together through movement, challenge, conversation and brotherhood.

Not to escape our responsibilities.

To return to them better.

Better husbands.
Better fathers.
Better friends.
Better leaders.

I believe men need places where they can step away, put the phone down, get outside, move their bodies, challenge themselves and talk honestly with other men.

No judgement. No posturing. No need to have it all figured out.

Just men showing up for each other.

UNTAMED is a grassroots movement built on the simple belief that we become stronger together — physically, mentally and emotionally.

We meet regularly in West Sussex and Surrey to train, move, connect and challenge ourselves.

The strongest version of a man isn't the one who can lift more, run faster or push harder.

It's the man who goes home and shows up better for the people who count on him.

WHO IS UNTAMED FOR?

UNTAMED is a men’s club created specifically for men and the experiences of men.

It is a space centred around male friendship, brotherhood, fatherhood, leadership, responsibility, challenge and connection.

Our sessions are designed around that shared experience, and we ask everyone who joins to respect the purpose and boundaries of the community.

UNTAMED isn't trying to be everything for everyone.

It's a place for men to come together, be themselves, challenge one another and leave stronger.

WHY I STARTED IT

UNTAMED didn't start with a business plan. It started with a small group of men.

Several years ago, I created The Wolfpack — a mens community group that came off the back of an early morning sea swim in Hove, rescuing a man off shore looking to disappear from our world. Although I havent been in that mental space, I saw part of my own challanges in me through him in that moment.

When I moved to Sussex from Essex in 2015, leaving London fire service and high level sport behind, I found it particularly difficult not being part of a team and giving everything for one another. It was hard to build new relationships in a new area, as a new father, with like minded men, and it really hit home the power of not having a community of men around us who drive with us, hold us accountable and we can lean on.

So, later that day I created a free space for men to come together, train outdoors and have conversations.

There was no membership.
No complicated programme.
No hierarchy.

Just men showing up.

Eventually, I folded the group, it got to big for me, but something interesting happened.

A handful of us kept meeting in Hove every Saturday , for three years. Six men continuing to turn up because we all valued what happened when we were together and beyond after that single meet up each week.

That experience reinforced something I'd already seen throughout my work with young men, athletes, coaches, leaders and men:

Men don't always need another expert telling them what to do.

Sometimes we need other men beside us.

Men who will challenge us.

Men who will listen.

Men pushing our own edge.

Men who will call us out when needed.

Men who will have our back.

That's where UNTAMED came from.

I wanted to create the kind of community I believe more men need — a place to move, connect, challenge ourselves and remember who we are underneath all the roles and responsibilities of modern life.

Because being strong isn't just about what you can do for yourself. It's about who you become for the people who count on us.

That is why I founded UNTAMED Men’s Club..

NO GURUS, NO EGOS

I’m not here to tell you how to live your life.

UNTAMED isn't therapy. It isn't a cult of personality.

It isn't another place where someone stands on a stage telling men how to be "alpha."

And it isn't about pretending everything is fine. We're just men figuring life out together.

Some of us are fathers.

Some are husbands.

Some are leaders.

Some are still trying to work out what comes next. We all have shit going on. That's exactly why we need each other.

No gurus.
No egos.
No judgement.

Just movement, conversation, challenge and brotherhood.

Turn up. Pull together. Leave stronger.

UNTAMED welcomes men of all fitness levels — from seasoned athletes to those just getting started.

There are no memberships, no fees, and no excuses. Just men showing up, putting in work, and sharpening one another — one embrace, one workout at a time.

So come and find us at either West Sussex or Surrey.

Bring yourself. Bring your effort. Bring your story.

We'll take care of the rest.

COME AS YOU ARE. LEAVE STRONGER. LIVE UNTAMED.
